Behind the scenes, we collaborate closely with your team, including your photographer and wedding planner, to ensure that your flowers are not only present, but picture-perfect. Our love for what we do and our attention to detail shine through in every petal we place, from the bouquet you carry down the aisle to the bud vases adorning reception tables. We're there to take care of everything, so you don't have to worry about anything.

Prior to the call, we will send a detailed form to complete to prepare you for our conversation and planning.

We will provide you with a custom proposal outlining all the design details and a quote.
Submit our initial inquiry form and share a little about you and your vision for your wedding.

finalizing the plan
after you have reviewed and agreed upon a proposal, you will sign a service agreement to save your date.
We ask for a 30% deposit to move forward as your floral design team.

What Comes Next
We'll reach out to you via email to see if you'd like to schedule another phone call before your big day. We finalize any last minute add ons and ensure you have every detail covered down to the last boutonnière.
It's go time. While you are enjoying time with family and friends and busy with all the last minute wedding details, you can rest assured that when it comes to the flowers, you are completely covered. We are harvesting and gathering all the local blooms at just the right time, to make sure they're at their peak for your big day. Your flowers receive the VIP treatment, staying hydrated and cool with help from our steadfast old girl, Belinda (our flower cooler).
It's your big day! We are there to ensure everything arrives on time and intact. Our expert designers are present to build on-site installations, and collaborate with your team behind the scenes to make sure your flowers look picture perfect and are in place where you need them, when you need them.

When the Party's Over
When the festivities are winding down, the last thing you'll want to worry about is breaking down a floral installation and collecting bud vases. That's where we come in! We will be in the background collaborating with your team to assure everything is cleaned up and that your venue is left in tip-top shape.
